WebI hope it's not intentional. Problem is it was so awesome I was never going to change my ghost shell because nothing else came close to being as cool as a glowing color-changing shell. Bungie probably figured a lot of people felt this way and "nerfed" it so we would use other shells. If it was intentional, it should've been in the patch notes.
