No overheating, cuts confidently (does not bend my beard hair like my old trimmer - cuts straight through them). Cleaning is easy, battery holds its charge, the guards hold firmly in place. The heads are badly designed and always catch on my lips as the rotating heads sit inside a larger surface which have a large gap, I am sure it looks nice but not practical, see attached picture.
